Protecting employee mental health during a global pandemic
The challenge
As a vast global company, Unilever touches every continent and a huge array of countries. Regardless of job role or location, all employees were at risk of suffering burn-out, mental health difficulties or general lack of self-care as a result of the pandemic.
A global campaign was needed to encourage employees to prioritise their mental health, and signal the importance of wellbeing for the year ahead.

The solution
A feel-good campaign with a gentle, unobtrusive tone that encouraged everyday changes that can be implemented regardless of background, geography or lockdowns.
We created a series of print and digital deliverables featuring a diverse cast of characters taking a moment out for themselves. Whether it was someone looking out of a window, making a cup of tea or practising yoga, the core message was that small actions add up to big changes.
